Diablos’ Most Impressive Win

by MissionViejoDispatch.com on November 14, 2009

The Diablos’ final pre-playoff game Friday night was its most most impressive win of the regular season. Opponent Dana Hills, now 8-2, was ranked #5 in the Pac-5 and #20 in California.  It was was the best team faced by Mission to date, and the Dolphins were hungry to win their first League championship. But they became just another big margin victim, 49-17, of Mission’s outstanding one-two punch of offense and defense, rated 2nd and 4th-best statewide, respectively.

The win left the Diablos unbeaten at 10-0 and anxious for the opportunity to seek the Pac-5 championship in the playoffs.

The Diablos are our South Coast League Champions with an undefeated recorded of 10-0.

Big plays by offense, an unstoppable X-man, crazy zig-zag runs to victory!!

Congratulations, Diablos !!

Yes, it was another impressive win last evening for our Diablos. But for the record, the final score was 49-17. Not such a big margin but bigger than Edison’s margin.
