Natural Christmas trees will be taken for recycling by the trash hauler on regularly scheduled pick-up days through Friday, January 8. Trees exceeding six-feet in height need to be cut in half; stands must be removed.
Residents in housing complexes without curbside service can drop trees in large bins at three locations: Animal Services Center at 28095 Hillcrest, Youth Athletic Park at 22056 Olympiad Road, and Gilleran Park at 24960 Felipe Road.
