Letter: Homeowners Skewered On Park

The  Timberline  HOA  has  been  trying  to resolve this park problem for more than 6 years. [Re: Turf Lane Park] The City contended the County owned the park, and the County said they had a verbal agreement with the builder (way back in 1976) to have the HOA maintain the park.
