Wow-- I learned about events by reading the Dispatch that I hadn't read or heard about anywhere else! I love the "Goings On" section. Please add me to the list to receive regular notifications about new editions of the MV Dispatch.

I will enjoy reading the Dispatch. And (especially) the comments to the stories. Remember when each week, the SVN contained all kinds of letters to the editor, poking and prodding the Council about all sorts of things? I remember the passionate letters in the SVN way back when the MV Company was trying to oust Bob Curtis! Anyone else remember? Now the SVN is pretty dull. Let's get the lively discourse going again! I think it's more effective NOT to yammer on in front of the Council, but to put your ideas IN PRINT. The Council reads more than they listen. And let's face it, the audience is bigger. Hope your e-mail list grows and grows.

I would also like to commend Brad for reviving the Dispatch. The Saddleback Valley News is good for lining a rabbit hutch or training a puppy these days, and not much more
And, going in front of the City Council to comment is like speaking to a brick wall. The personal approach in media and on our council seems to be a thing of the past in our city. Even our city sign is going hi-tech and impersonal.
Thank you, Brad, for giving the citizens a place to keep abreast of the real news in Mission Viejo, and a place to voice their thoughts and opinions.
