A Mission Viejo Soccer Club coach pleaded guilty today to unlawful sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old, once at her home and twice in his car. The incidents occurred during the first three months of this year.
The girl’s parents discovered the relationship from the call history on their daughter’s cell phone showing multiple calls with Coach David Hernandez, 28, of Corona.
Hernandez was sentenced to 5 months in jail. He will also serve three years probation, during which time he is prohibited from working with minors or visiting locations where minors gather. He is also banned from having direct or indirect contact with the victim.
