		<description>I love this idea.  Not because it is cheaper, but because it would put all the names of those worthy of remembering in one place, and it would allow our community the opportunity to show honor in an ongoing, growing, yet eco-friendly way.  Perhaps a wall could go in the courtyard of the MV Library/City Hall.  It would be on display and reviewed by our citizens who visit these venues, and it would be an excellent backdrop to all the events that are held there.  Kudos to creative thinkers Kamath and Holland.  Which Council member wants to run with this?  Hopefully, all.</description>
