Well deserved award for someone who has spent his entire life working with kids and teaching them that hard work and values are the keys to success. I have watched his teams perform for over 30 years now and they always play hard and give their best.

While he always gives credit to his kids, the school administrators, his coaches, the boosters club etc. (as he should) the fact remains that he is the one who has created this coaliton of groups that has led to such an outstanding program. That’s leadership.

Those who know him know that he still has the “fire in his belly” to keep coaching, and for that I’m sure there are many kids out there who want to play football for Coach Johnson at MVHS.

The whole family is a class act and I hope they have years and years of continued success.

A very big congratulations to Bob Johnson and his entire staff. I have enjoyed watching Bob’s team both at El Toro and Mission Viejo High School. They are well coached, disciplined and hustle all the time.
