MV dentist Dr. Orly Taitz is continuing her challenge to the citizenship of President Obama. Taitz, also an attorney, says she now represents over 100 military personnel, from Major General to enlisted, who claim Obama is constitutionally unqualified to serve as their commander-in-chief.
Taitz sent a petition to Congress requesting that it open judicial proceedings empowering it to require the President to produce his original birth certificate.
Orly filed a case last year in California on behalf of presidential candidate Allan Keyes. That suit asked the court to require the Secretary of State to obtain and inspect the original birth certificate before certifying the California electors to the Electoral College. She claims Obama has spent $800,000 in legal fees to avoid releasing the document. Taitz wants the following supoenas issued:
1. Subpoena to the State of Hawaii State Department for a certified copy of Obama’s original long version (vault) birth certificate.
2. Subpoena to the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, for all of Obama’s passport and immigration records.
3. Subpoena to the Board of Regents of Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard University for all of Obama’s college applications and financial aid applications.
4. Subpoena to Mr. Obama a certified copy of all of the above records.
5. Subpoena to the Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, a copy of Obama’s certification of the selective military service, as according to a statement, prepared by a retired Federal Agent, Steven Coffman, there is evidence of forgery in the certificate Obama presented to the public.
6. Subpoena to the Regents of the University of Pennsylvania, Annenberg FactCheck.org., for explanation and records, as to how did they claim to have examined Obama’s birth Certificate and found it valid. Neither the State of Hawaii, nor Obama has ever released such birth certificate and there is no evidence of Obama being born in any hospital in Hawaii, and the only thing that was ever presented, was limited value short version Certification of Live Birth.
Taitz was born in the former Soviet Union, from which she escaped 20 years ago to live in the U.S. She speaks five languages. Taitz says her experience under a totalitarian regime led to her intense commitment to defend the U.S. Constitution. She recently established the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation to help carry out her work.

mr. keyes (lower case) is another voice from the rush limbaugh camp wanting the UNITED STATES to fail unless we do it their way. Pandora’s box has been opened. How many of you are ready to keep holding the door open and never close it? Attack, attack, attack…..what a solution to the problems of our country.
It’s time to show some maturity in solving realistic problems.
We think Mr. Keyes makes a lot of sense. As a matter of fact, where are we, the taxpayers, going to find the $2 trillion plus that the present Administration has on the spending blocks? And look at the some 9,000 areas that would be the recipients of much of these monies. We have a man in the Whitehouse that is really taking this country on a wild, very heavily socialistic ride. And in light of what has transpired since Obama was sworn in, I think anyone has every right to challenge the direction in which our tax dollars as well as our morals are going.
Do you ever wonder why President Obama doesn’t just produce his birth certificate and then all of this would just go away. It’s such a simple solution that the only reasonable answer to why he doesn’t is because he doesn’t have one to produce.
If he doesn’t meet the requirements of the Constitution, then he is not eligible to be President, period.
Having said all this, I do not believe any court will uphold any law suit questioning his election. Politics will triumph over the rule of law.
Frank is right on. It is just logical to show the document and be done with it. What is there to hide, if speaking and acting from the truth?

What can we do about this situation besides absolutely NOTHING? It seems to me that as an ordinary citizen, I am helpless and must accept things as they come with much regret. I really don’t want to admit to just rolling over, but what else can one do except wait for these four years to disappear. By then, though, it may be way too late.
This dentist just wants attention and she is wasting everyone’s time on this specious issue.
WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Thursday threw out a lawsuit questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship, lambasting the case as a waste of the court’s time and suggesting the plaintiff’s attorney may have to compensate the president’s lawyer.
In an argument popular on the Internet and taken seriously practically nowhere else, Obama’s critics argue he is ineligible to be president because he is not a “natural-born citizen” as the Constitution requires.
In response last summer, Obama’s campaign posted his Hawaiian birth certificate on its Web site. But the lawsuit argues it is a fake and that Obama was actually born in his father’s homeland of Kenya, even though Hawaiian officials have said the document is authentic.
“This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do,” U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.
The lawsuit didn’t even use Obama’s legal name but called him “Barry Soetoro,” the name he went by while attending elementary school in Indonesia. It’s one of many that has been filed claiming Obama is ineligible to serve as president.
Robertson ordered plaintiff’s attorney John Hemenway of Colorado Springs, Colo., to show why he hasn’t violated court rules barring frivolous and harassing cases and shouldn’t have to pay Obama’s attorney, Bob Bauer, for his time arguing that the case should be thrown out.
My concerns are for the military men and women who are mothers and fathers of children and under his command.
My father and grandfather were military. Military personnel would not be filing legal action against the ‘President of the United States of America’, if they seriously did not see a train wreck coming their way. Or, be experiencing a train wreck now (that the media is covering up).
Obama is no-doubt a good speaker and at first had me captivated. However, does he have a true track record history of ‘ethical’ or ‘good mind set’ to control such wonderful people in life and death situations?
He brain stormed and implemented a simple process with ACORN and that turned out to be a mess of legal complications – again.
Obama’s -thought process track record- does not appear to get him past creating ideas and talking about them. They seem to ‘always’ end up leaving him in a dirty, unethical, illegal pool of stench.
He could not even leave his Senate seat to be replaced properly. What ever he touches ends up in YELK at the end.
I see a terrible pattern with Obama that includes and not limited to a history of;
1. Different names
2. Residing in so many different countries and a citizen of each foreign country
3. DRUGS
4. An attorney for the Chicago mob who owned slum housing?
5. ACORN
6. Military law suit !
7. Leaving his Senate seat in legal turmoil.
This is the person who is going to control my; health care for the rest of my life, my financial well being for the rest of my life, my terrorist security for the rest of my life, uphold MY constitutional rights for the rest of my life (while he is breaking them)
He currently has his hands in EVERYTHING and making changes quickly. However, I don’t believe now any of these changes will be best for our country in the long run.
He appears to always be on the dirty, stenchy, side of EVERYTHING.
Would I go to jail or be punished if I committed a crime against the American Constitution? Would you go to jail or be punish ? YES
Would you be required to produce doc’s ? YES
Could I afford attorneys to cover up ? NO
I REFUSE to acknowledge Obama as ‘President of the United States of America’ until he appears in Court and answers (with out a doubt) the questions and concerns of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq and Keens, Esq….
AND, I was previously in Obama favor for a short time. If you think this is racist (which so many attack you for, if you post against Obama) – my best friends father is African American-her mother was white.
Obama – stand before the courts and take your medicine, like a real American who believes and upholds the Constitution of the United States of America.
President Obama is our/your President now. He was voted into office by a large majority of US citizens – who have NO DOUBTS about his personal history and citizenship. They want him and the United States to succeed – prosper – grow and be a better place for ALL AMERICANS – not just the privileged few.
When Mr. Keyes says in an interview that President Obama “must be stopped!” – what does that actually mean? Stopped? In what way? This is a legally elected leader of the largest democracy in the world. Democracy means that all people from all parties, colors, races, creeds, ideologies, etc., can be elected to office; not just old white rich (or wantabee rich) males. And don’t come off with that Socalism or Communism rant ether. The last Republican President created most of this mess – and the Obama attackers didn’t seem too keen on criticizing his abilities or policies in the last (8) years.
Political dinosaurs will never accept that a young, smart, black, progressive can lead this country. Their idea of progress is to make sure he cannot succeed in office. Kind of stupid if you ask me. If they all love their freedom and money and possessions so much — wouldn’t they all actually want him to succeed? Don’t they think their efforts to make things better would include support of their country and President. Are they Patriots — or Patriots only when it fits their time and need? Or are they so ideologically “pure” and misguided that “it is their way or the highway?”
Aren’t we all sick and tired of this kind of crap? Get a life – be positive about things and help us all get things moving in the right direction again. These “side-shows” are a waste of time, and PRINT!
Some people miss the point.
The biased mainstream news media and its liberal readers raised the issue of Republican Presidential candidate, Sen. John McCain’s birth. They thought that because he was born in Panama, he was NOT qualified to be President. Sen. McCain provided a LONG form birth certificate and the issue went away.
Those are the same people who are now wondering why conservatives are complaining that Obama has spent $800 million dollars to fight revealing his LONG form birth certificate. It is obvious that Obama doesn’t have one.
Why do the liberals demand a long form birth certificate from Sen. McCain BUT NOT Obama? The reason the short form birth certificate is NOT acceptable is because Obama’s half sister who was born in Indonesia also has a short form birth certificate from HI.
To clarify the meaning of LONG form birth certificate, it should have the hospital, location of hospital, and doctor’s name on the certificate to prevent fraud. Obama’s birth certificate don’t have these important items.
Long live the U.S. Constitution!!
